SoftRead is one of SoftStudy’s newest language tools.  SoftRead is capable of taking any text based material and turning it into an interactive multimedia experience.  By incorporating not only text, but also audio, video, images, recordings, assessments, activities, games, puzzles, and much more, SoftRead is another way to make language learning both entertaining and educational. 

Included in SoftRead is SoftRecord which allows users to record their own voice as often and as frequent as they like.  After listening to the audio, the user can now record their own voice and compare it as often as they like. 

Once the user feels they have mastered the reading, they can go onto a variety of games. (See Here) With games like, word scrambler, balloon pop, speed reader and fill-in-the-blank, users can get extra practice using the same text from the reading. 

Ultimately, the user can take an assessment quiz which can include a variety of question types, including: short answer, multiple choice, true/false, listening and more.  The test can then be saved and sent to be graded.
